Now i am not saying that the outlaw cant hold there own because they can. The only drawbacks are that they are hard to find now, cost a bit more depending on where you go, and the silverbacks will creat more wear and tear on the bike due to there bigger lug and design. The silverbacks have more lug than the outlaw, have a side cup, they dig more due to there design. The outlaws were designed to go through mud but the silverbacks were designed to dominate in the mud. In my opinion the outlaws are a totally different looking tire than the silverback. the flatter you go the more grip you have thus the more traction you have. Now this isn't really of a noticible difference between the two but the outlaw has more of a balloon shape compared to the flat shape of the silverback. So looking from these facts the outlaws weigh 2.6 pounds more than the silverbacks once you get them all mounted on. wait another 2-3 months if that and you will see more and more silverbacks floating around. They only have released them for a couple months and that is why.
